He's the best

Jeffrey Lafazan was a pleasure to work with. He was always available to assist me with any questions that I may have had about mortgaging and different payment plans, as well as being very prompt in his reply times. He was also very thorough in explaning all the options I had to choose from, highlighting pros and cons clearly and accurately. With his assistance, I felt like I was making an informed descision on my mortgage plan. Thanks to his help, we got an excellent appraisal for the house we were going to purchase, and we were able to refinance our current mortgage to make a payment on our new property. He also advised us to hold off on the new purhase, until we we were able to re finance our existing mortgage as a residential mortgage, saving us a lot of money in the end. I would highly recommend him as a mortgage professional

Jeff Lafazan will get you a loan!

Jeff Lafazan got us a mortgage when no one else could. He always took our calls or called back immediately. He answered all our questions; walked us through the maze of paperwork; was constantly positive during a harrowing waiting period and gave us great advice about the different types of loan. But most importantly, he made it happen. He got us our loan!

Great Job!

Working with Jeff was a great experience. In the ever confusing world of FHA, PMI, Interest rates and mortgage requirements it is very hard to make sense of everything and it is very hard to find someone you can trust. Jeff gave my wife and I piece of mind by looking at all our finances and options and helping us decide which mortgage program was best for us. He made the document process very easy and explained each step so that we provided him the right documents the first time and did not have to go back over steps in the process multiple times. Being a gold client with my bank and having programs offered through my job with other banks I thought that would be the way to go but boy was I wrong. Jeff provided a much better service and did the best job for my family. We would never look to go anywhere else and I have recommended him to everyone I know!
